Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

Đây là một trong những chiếc nhẫn đẹp nhất mình từng sở hữu từ Helios, mình cũng mua rất nhiều nhẫn của brand rồi, từ cái thời còn dùng logo cũ, nhưng vs chiếc nhẫn này mình thích hơn cả. Viên đá đỏ tạo cảm giác sang trọng, quyền lực, như một chiếc vương miện trên tay vậy. Đeo lên cực kỳ ấn tượng, bắt sáng tốt nhưng không quá phô trương. Ngày vía thần tài họ hàng nô nức thi nhau mua vàng còn tôi thì mua bạc nhà Helios, cảm quan thì nhẫn Nhẫn độc lạ ít khi mình thấy nhẫn có gắn đá đỏ như này, thiết kế thợ làm khá tỉ mỉ , nhìn xa đơn giản nhìn gần rất bánh cuốn, rất đáng mua ae nào thích thì nên thử....

Em của mình nhìn xi đen khá đậm, và đầm tay luôm, hừm cũng thấy khá ổn. Mình mua thêm 1 em cũng kiểu này (phối với nhau rất chi là này nọ) cho ny mình đeo đôi nhưng nó bé hơn. Tại nó cũng be bé mỏng mạnh lạc thì khỏi tìm :))))

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
