WARRANTY POLICY

• Helios's S925 Silver creations will receive free polishing for life. Customers are welcome to visit our store to experience the polishing service. Helios offers in-depth polishing services at a cost of 100,000 VND/product. Customers are kindly requested to send their products to Helios for the in-depth polishing process at the workshop.

• Helios's S925 Silver creations will have a free 3-month technical warranty covering issues such as: lost stones, lock adjustments, spring replacements, woven cord replacements, re-attaching charms (customer must still have the charm) on leather products if problems occur. The warranty period can extend up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Free replacement of CZ stones and synthetic stones throughout the product's warranty period (3 months after purchase). The time for warranty stone replacement can extend up to a maximum of 10 days.

• For natural stones, the time for warranty stone replacement can extend up to a maximum of 14 days; in special cases, it may take longer.

+ In case of faults arising from the customer: Customers will be charged a fee for the stone replacement service. Details of the fees can be found in the information below.
+ In case of manufacturing defects: Free replacement throughout the product's warranty period.

• Adjusting, increasing, or decreasing the size will be charged according to Helios's price list here

• After the warranty period, from the 4th month to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted with a fee depending on the specific damage to the product.

• After 12 months, Helios will assess the product's condition to decide whether to accept repairs (repairs will be charged).

* Warranty and repairs do not apply to the following cases:

• Necklaces, bracelets broken due to physical impact, other products deformed or too severely damaged to be warranted or repaired.

• Customers providing inaccurate purchase invoice information.

• Helios does not accept warranty, repair, or adjustment for products purchased secondhand or from another person; it only applies to the original purchaser.

• Helios does not accept warranty for products that have been repaired or tampered with by other warranty centers not affiliated with Helios.
