01. Delivery Fees

• Free shipping nationwide for orders over 500,000VND
• 30k for customers in the North, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang City.
• 35k for provinces in the Central and Southern regions.
• The Free Shipping policy is not applicable simultaneously with other HELIOS promotions.

02. Delivery Time

• Hanoi inner city area: Delivery within 1 day.
• Outside Hanoi area: Delivery within approximately 2-4 business days.
• Helios will notify customers in other provinces and cities of the delivery time in advance.

03. Delivery Area
Helios delivers and accepts payment upon receipt nationwide.
