Currently, Helios does not offer custom individual product designs. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy back used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. Each product sold by Helios, we hope, will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner-city areas: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City suburban areas: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios' rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000VND will apply.

Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request assistance with writing cards, including gift boxes, or upgrading product packaging.
