BEHIND EVERY CREATION IS A UNIQUE STORY…
Medusa is one of the most famous characters in Greek mythology. Originally a priestess of the goddess Athena, she possessed a beautiful appearance and flowing hair. However, this beauty became the abyss that led to her tragedy.
She caught the eye of the sea god Poseidon and was ravished by him in Athena's temple. This angered the goddess, who transformed Medusa into a monster with snakes for hair and a curse that turned anyone who looked at her to stone.
The Year of the Snake (Ất Tỵ) was the inspiration for Helios to find parallels and spark the idea for the Medusa figure. The product can be used for display and for storing items in the drawer below.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
