Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

For silver jewelry lines, Helios uses S925 silver - a durable and highly aesthetic material. Products made from this material will last through the years, accompanying customers on every moment, every journey.
For stone creations, we mostly use semi-precious stones, with natural characteristics such as waves and distinct color spots, creating uniqueness for each product.

Chiếc vòng này thực sự rất đặc biệt. Mỗi mắt xích khắc chữ freedom rõ ràng thể hiện rõ sự tự do trong sản phẩm, tạo ra một cảm giác mạnh mẽ nhưng rất tinh tế. Cảm giác đeo chiếc vòng này giống như bạn mang theo một thông điệp mạnh mẽ về tự do mà lại vẫn rất thời trang okioki (mình đang đeo ở tây)

Tui đeo chiếc dây chuyền này mấy nay rồi, tui hay mix với 1 dây chuyền trơn nữa. Cảm giác đeo rất chắc chắn, không bị lỏng hay cấn gì cả. Dây chuyền này đã thay đổi hoàn toàn cách mk nhìn nhận về phụ kiện đặc biệt làa mấy ểm vòng cổ này. Trước h mk chỉ đeo mấy chiếc dây mỏng kiểu bascic các thứ th, nhưng khi thử chiếc freedom này mk bị sock với trọng lượng và độ nặng đầm của nó. Nó tạo ra cảm giác chắc chắn đầy sức hút mà mk chưa bao giờ cảm nhận được trước đây, giờ đeo cái đầm như này quen rồi là khỏi đeo lại mấy con mỏng. Thiết kế cũng rất độc đáo và khác biệt so với những gì tui từng thấy khi mỗi mắt xích đều đc làm tỉ mỉ. Về CSKH thì bên này cũng quá ok, hỏi gì các bạn cũng tư vấn nhiệt tình hết

Freedom là chiếc vòng mà đúng là mình kiếm bấy lâu nay ,Đúng là sản phẩm độc đáo và khác biệt hoàn toàn so với những gì mình đã có. Mỗi mắt xích có những họa tiết tinh xảo như hình ảnh đôi cánh và những đường nét thể hiện sự tự do, khắc họa hình ảnh mạnh mẽ của sự tự do và chiến đấu. Đối lập xi đen vs mảng sáng cùng với các khía cạnh mài mòn của từng mắt xích, tạo nên một cảm giác gothic lắm nha, mua hàng còn đc tặng kèm túi, hộp, khăn lau...bla bla đủ thứ nữa. xứng đáng nghàn điểm

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
