Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

Một chiếc nhẫn đúng gu mình:)) Form vừa tay, họa tiết nhìn như mấy nhánh cây đc làm khá khéo nen trông cũng có hồn. Đá nhỏ mà nổi bật kiểu xanh ngọc rừng rậm ấy về việc cảm giác đeo thì nhẫn không bị sắc hay gồ ghề, đeo thoải mái cả ngày, xi đen đậm, nhẫn k quá nặng, chắc chắn sẽ còn đặt tiếp!

Chiếc này làm mình liên tưởng đến kiểu nhẫn của các nhân vật fantasy luôn á 😭 đẹp như 0 có thiệc. Nhẫn cầm chắc tay, đeo lên ôm ngón mà không bị nặng và cũng k bị cấn. Phần bên trong khắc tên thương hiệu, lòng nhẫn trơn nên đeo sướng, chấm 10/10.

Phải công nhận là thiết kế đẹp, có chất riêng. Nhưng màu đá xanh hơi chìm nếu nhìn ở điều kiện ánh sáng yếu, nhiều lúc đeo ban đêm trông như không thấy gì. Mong có thêm lựa chọn đá sáng hơn một xíu. Ngoài ra thì chi tiết bạc làm rất có hồn, nhẫn đeo lâu vẫn dễ chịu, không bị oxy hóa nhanh.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
Note: Only applicable to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request gift card writing services, gift boxes, or packaging upgrades.
