When choosing handcrafted finishing, Helios fully anticipates that the finished product will not be 100% identical in every detail, unlike industrial machine production. However, this is precisely what makes it special, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a unique memory for each wearer.

Mình đã để mắt đến chiếc nhẫn này cũng được hơn 1 năm rồi, mình còn nhớ lần đầu tiên nhìn thấy chiếc nhẫn và chiếc nhẫn "nhìn thấy" mình, mình thật sự bị cuốn hút! Mình thậm chí còn gửi email cho Helios Global để hỏi khi nào nhẫn về VN, bạn cskh nói rằng lúc đó chưa biết. Lúc đó mình khá là hụt hẫng để rồi đến hôm nay, ngay dịp sinh nhật của Helios (và cũng trùng với sinh nhật của mình) thì nhẫn đc bán tại VN, thế là mình sắp xếp mua ngay, có thể nói chiếc nhẫn này là món quà sinh nhật của Helios dành cho mình và mình dành cho Helios, chúc mừng sinh nhật chúng ta!
Mình xin gõ ra cảm xúc của mình khi được "nhìn thấy" bởi chiếc nhẫn:

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.

Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
