Thiet Ma (Iron Horse) is inspired by the image of Saint Giong's iron horse – a warhorse born from fire and iron, charging directly into battle without hesitation or retreat. When its mission was complete, Thiet Ma followed Saint Giong up Mount Soc, then soared off the ground, leaving deep hoof prints as milestones of a journey that had reached its end.
By incorporating this imagery into its design, HELIOS wants it to accompany those who are facing pressure and challenges, serving as a reminder: always be resilient enough to overcome difficulties, and steadfast enough not to abandon the path you have chosen.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
