Exaltus depicts the moment when the carp jumps over the dragon gate and transforms into a dragon – an image symbolizing the sublimation of faith, when faith is no longer something kept in the mind, but has become a power.
On the surface of the ring, the dragon head is embossed, symbolizing the bright point of awakening. Along the body of the ring, the image of a carp undulating in the water creates a sense of continuous movement, like the flow of a journey of transformation.

When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
