- Ring size measuring ruler: Wrap the ruler around the finger you want to wear, insert the tip of the ruler into the hole and pull until it fits. Note, pull comfortably, avoid pulling too tight or too loose to affect the wearing experience.
- Specialized silver cleaning cloth: Made of super smooth Microfiber material, does not scratch silver jewelry. Used to clean silver after cleaning.
- Jewelry polishing bar: Treats dark stains after long-term contact with skin. Green side is for sanding, removing tarnish; white side is for polishing jewelry to shine like new.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
Note: Only applicable to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request gift card writing services, gift boxes, or packaging upgrades.
