Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

For silver jewelry lines, Helios uses S925 silver - a durable and highly aesthetic material. Products made from this material will last through the years, accompanying customers on every moment, every journey.
For stone creations, we mostly use semi-precious stones, with natural characteristics such as waves and distinct color spots, creating uniqueness for each product.
The product is applied with CZ stone - a material considered a perfect substitute for diamonds. This is a synthetic stone produced in the laboratory. The process of creating CZ stone includes many complex technical steps and is strictly controlled to ensure high quality and aesthetics.

Nhẫn đẹp lắm ạ!! Mình cx biết đển helios lâu rồi nay mới có dịp tự mua thưởng bản thân nên cảm thấy trân quý nó lắm. Tay mình gầy và nhăn mà đeo vào sáng bừng cả tay luôn ấy. Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
