Helios Black Silver is the highest grade in Helios' product line. The creations in this line have a high silver content, requiring more meticulousness and sophistication than any other product. The exquisite carvings on the creations are done entirely by hand, so the quantity that can be produced is also very limited.

Located near the town of El Nido, in the province of Palawan, Philippines, Entalula is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Asia. Inspired by this, the Entalula silver ring was born.
Like the other creations in the Chrysaber Collection, Entalula is a combination of the soft chrysanthemum and the hard sword. Just as the opposition always exists in every being, the creation is a story of two things that seem completely opposite, but when combined, they are perfectly 'harmonized'.
When delivered to the customer, the product carries the mission of continuing the story with its owner. So, what is your story?

Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

For stone creations, we mostly use semi-precious stones, with natural characteristics such as waves and distinct color spots, creating uniqueness for each product.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
