Helios Gift Card is a form of payment, similar to cash, used to purchase any product on the Helios website. This is an ideal gift for relatives and friends, allowing them to freely choose their favorite jewelry products from Helios. With many denominations, Gift Cards can meet a variety of purchasing needs.
Note:
- All gift card values are in VND.
- Gift cards are sent via email and have redemption instructions at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- Valid for website purchases only. Not valid for in-store purchases.
- Gift cards cannot be applied during site-wide sales.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
