At different ages, our perspectives on how to make a good impression on others change.
When we were children, our parents bought us toys that our friends didn't have, and we imagined our friends enviously looking at what we had – those were childhood "impressions." When we were teenagers, wearing the newest clothes to school and play every day was enough to show off to everyone all day long – that was a fleeting "impression."
Or, as we enter adulthood, our personal social media accounts become filled with videos showcasing achievements, places to eat, and outings. This "impression" from others then transforms into something that helps us advance in our careers and lives in various ways.
And as we grow old, material possessions seem less important than our health and the love of those around us. At this point, when we look back, will we ever ask ourselves if we have lived a life without regrets? That is the "impression" of a life lived with integrity, true to ourselves, and to the fullest.
So, what's your most memorable moment? For me, the moment I realized I'm unique, that I can't be a copy of anyone else in this world, is the most memorable thing for me.
From the moment I realized that truth, many things changed: my daily routine became more structured, I spent less time on social media, I appreciated what I had, I let go of unnecessary relationships, and I constantly learned new things. Whenever I achieved something new, whether it was a small joy or a resounding success, the desire for recognition is inevitable, but instead of boasting about it, I chose to engrave those milestones on jewelry. From the beginning, and even now, I have chosen and continue to choose HELIOS.
Wearing jewelry as a testament to one's efforts has gradually become a belief in life. After all, hands are the part of the body we see most often in daily life: if you're an office worker, your fingers on the keyboard are always in front of you; or if you're an artist like myself, a DJ or 3D/VFX artist, professions that demand constant creativity, your hands are always on the knobs to change music, the pens to draw electronic visual products. We associate our hands with our gaze every day, so there's no reason why jewelry shouldn't remind us of our past efforts and achievements. I've come to believe that jewelry isn't just about beautifying an outfit; it can also be a source of inspiration and motivation for us when we're stuck or, even further, when we feel lost somewhere along the way. That's why world-renowned filmmakers often use pendants, watches, or rings as symbols of motivation for the main characters in their works.
Beyond simply capturing stories, these pieces also serve as proof of my evolving fashion mindset. Looking back, I realize my jewelry choices have changed over time: initially, I prioritized edgy, intricately patterned pieces designed to make a strong first impression. Later, I shifted towards products that tell compelling stories, but now, I choose pieces that truly reflect my personal style. My purchasing methods are equally impressive, as I've bought Helios products directly from stores, through e-commerce platforms, and even through creative contests organized by the brand. Each method offers a different "impression"; some are impressive because they are cheaper, others are impressive because they were achieved through hard work and intelligence, or, most importantly, because the purchase was made with one's own abilities and sweat.
