For silver jewelry lines, Helios uses S925 silver – a durable material with high aesthetic value. Products made from this material will last through the years, accompanying customers through every moment and every journey.
For pieces with stones, we mostly use semi-precious stones, which have natural characteristics such as unique wavy patterns and color spots, creating an authentic uniqueness for each product.
Every journey carries personal elements, with its own memories and stories. Above all, those journeys need truly durable 'baggage'.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
