Ornate, a creation that Helios launched 3 years ago, is back with a strong appearance: Ornate Lotus.
Ornate Lotus still inherits the square and masculine ring form like Ornate.
But in the new version, Helios aims for a rough, rustic spirit.
Therefore, the surface of Ornate Lotus is scratched, creating a dusty and rugged look.
The side pattern is significantly simplified compared to Ornate, giving a thicker and more solid feel than the old version, while also carrying the Helios's signature design language with the Lotus logo engraved in the 4 corners.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
