Thiết kế Lotus Flower Drop được xây dựng dựa trên kiểu dáng khuyên tai dạng thả (drop earring), kết hợp cùng họa tiết hoa sen độc đáo của Helios.

Khi chọn cách hoàn thiện thủ công, Helios hoàn toàn lường trước được việc thành phẩm sẽ không thể đồng nhất 100% từng chi tiết một như khi sản xuất công nghiệp bằng máy móc. Song, đây lại là điểm đặc biệt nhất, khi mỗi sản phẩm được hoàn thiện đều được ‘cá nhân hoá’ cho mỗi khách hàng.
Với mỗi chế tác được hoàn thiện, Helios hy vọng đó sẽ là kỷ niệm riêng của mỗi người đeo.

Does Helios offer custom product design services?
Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.

Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
