HELIOS draws inspiration from the raw imagery of Chrysaber and Reynisfjara, where black volcanic rock and cold seas meet, constantly colliding to create a distinct coastline.

Every silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, detailed, and refined hand-crafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing a manual finishing approach, Helios fully anticipates that the final product will not be 100% identical in every detail as it would be with industrial machine production. However, this is precisely its most unique feature, as each finished product is 'personalized' for every individual customer.

Does Helios offer custom product design services?
Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.

Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
