Khi bạc làm trang sức thì sẽ pha chế với những nguyên liệu khác để bạc ít bị oxy hoá hơn, cứng hơn, sáng hơn nên không thể dùng cách truyền thống là trứng gà hay ga để test, nếu anh nghi ngờ có thể gửi về bên e đi kiểm định ở đơn vị uy tín độc lập, mọi chi phí người dùng sẽ thanh toán. Nếu bên em sai sẽ đền bù cho mình.

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
