Black Forest (Germany) is a famous destination in Europe. The name Black Forest comes from the image of dense pine forests that are isolated from the light. In this mysterious space, living creatures still exist and develop, taking advantage of every source of nutrition everywhere to survive.
When naming the Black Forest collection - a product of the Sunflower Collection - after this forest, we hope that wherever there is a forest, the sun will rise and the sunflowers will turn towards it. When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
Note: Only applicable to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request gift card writing services, gift boxes, or packaging upgrades.
