POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - ONLINE SALES

A. Requirements:

• Male/female, age from 22 to 28
• Have at least 01 year of experience in consulting and customer care
• Priority is given to those with experience in the fashion and jewelry industry.
• Cheerful, dynamic, confident, honest, responsible for work

B. Job description:

• Sales consulting, closing orders, and customer care to solve customer needs on Pancake software
• Directly generate sales, contribute to overall results to achieve sales targets
• Post-experience customer care increases resale rates.
• Report by shift/day work results
• Perform some tasks as required by the direct manager.

D. Working time and place:

• Working time: Flexible working time (take 1 day off/week), register for shifts directly with the manager
• Morning shift: 08:30 - 18:30
• Afternoon shift: 13:00 - 22:00
