POSITION: MARKETING SPECIALIST

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Brand Director

Management: 2-3 staff (Content, Booking KOLs...)

A. Requirements:

• Male/Female born in 1997-2001;
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to lifestyle/jewelry/fashion industry.
• Have good aesthetic taste, understand brand image and content positioning
• Experienced in managing KOL booking, PR, community, group, creator hub...
• Know how to organize work for small groups , communicate and guide the team

B. Job description:

• Plan and implement overall marketing campaigns on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with brand orientation
• Managing a small team of 2-3 people (Content, Booking KOLs...) - assigning work, controlling quality and progress
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as production, operations, sales to ensure a synchronized and effective campaign
• Responsible for performance of main channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website...
• Manage seeding plans, booking KOLs/KOCs, mini campaigns or influencer collaborations
• Write or review key visual content, media brief, and monitor brand image
• Track data, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Propose and test new ideas: offers, giveaways, content series, visual concepts

• Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday and the 3rd Saturday of the month)
