POSITION: COMMUNICATION TEAM LEADER

A. Requirements:

• Male/Female born in 1997-2001;
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to lifestyle/jewelry/fashion industry.
• Have good content thinking, sensitive to trends, young people insight and storytelling ability.
• Experienced in managing KOL booking, PR, community, group, creator hub...
• Know how to build teams and inspire.

B. Job description:

• Build overall communication strategy, campaign by campaign and month by month.
• Manage the media team, including KOL/influencer booking, PR, and seeding.
• Connect, work and develop relationships with viral personalities who understand content and can tell the brand story in a compelling way.
• Orient and censor outreach content on media channels (Facebook, IG, TikTok, groups...).
• Synchronize messages and content concepts with brand content and performance teams.
• Search and exploit market and community insights, create "trendy" campaigns while still maintaining their own unique style.
• Monitor communication performance & continuously improve approach.

• Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday and the 3rd Saturday of the month)
