POSITION: TAX ACCOUNTANT

A. Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 24-30; College/University graduate, major in: Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related
• Have at least 2 years of practical experience as a Tax Accountant in a company with 100+ employees
• Mastering tax laws, tax declaration and settlement procedures, having experience working with tax authorities
• Proficient in accounting software (Misa/Fast or equivalent)
• Careful, honest, highly responsible, good teamwork skills
• Priority: candidates who have participated in tax settlement and inspection; have tax accounting certificate

B. Job description:

• Make periodic tax declarations and reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, contractor tax...) according to regulations and on time.
• Monitor tax payment, refund, tax deduction status and compare data with tax authorities
• Prepare documents and data for inspection, examination and tax settlement with tax authorities
• Check the validity and legality of invoices and accounting documents related to taxes
• Timely update of new tax regulations and policies and internal consultation on tax-related issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete and accurate accounting and tax records.
• Participate in building and perfecting internal tax management processes

• Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday and the 3rd Saturday of the month)
