POSITION: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (JEWELRY FACTORY)

A. Requirements:

• Male/Female from 25 years old; Graduated from High School/College or higher
• Have at least 2 years of experience as production supervisor/production team leader
• Having worked in a craft workshop, jewelry workshop, understanding the silver jewelry production process/light metal processing is an advantage
• Have good management and teamwork coordination skills
• Careful, responsible, good communication with the team of workers

B. Job description:

• Supervise all production activities at the factory, ensure the right plan, progress and product quality (silver jewelry, accessories)
• Manage and coordinate work for the team of workers in the following stages: cooling, wax injection, polishing, plating...
• Monitor and ensure technical processes and quality standards at each production stage.
• Control labor discipline and working regulations at the factory
• Propose solutions to improve production processes and arrange work more scientifically
• Coordinate with departments: QC, warehouse, engineering, operations to ensure synchronized processes
• Guide and train new workers when necessary
• Periodic reports on production, productivity and quality status

C. Benefits:

• For candidates with experience working in a jewelry factory: Income from 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/Month (Including: Basic salary 12,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month + Allowance + Bonus)

• Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday and the 3rd Saturday of the month)
