POSITION: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT

A. Requirements:

• Candidates with 01 year of experience in developing and building corporate culture
• Knowledge of Administration, excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Skills: observation, planning, office computer, good communication.
• Careful, honest, quick, meticulous.

B. Job description:

• Develop ideas, plans and organize programs for internal company activities.
• Responsible for managing the system of internal communication channels including: fanpage, internal news page, internal group... to post information, advertise, maintain, update content and feedback from company staff, promote the company's image to the outside.
• Coordinate departments to do communications, recruitment marketing campaigns, recruitment branding...
• Deploy, organize and supervise movement activities and periodic/annual events to increase internal solidarity and communicate corporate culture.
• Store and use event materials to implement communication activities; conduct periodic reports on internal communication programs.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
