“For me, family is the only faith”
“What is your faith?” one of HELIOS’ brothers replied:
"Family is the only thing that exists, whether other things exist or not, is not important.
My parents went to Korea to work when I was not yet 2 years old. I grew up with my grandparents. When they returned home, they opened a small shop. From then on, many problems began to arise, so since I was little, I witnessed my parents arguing over trivial matters many times. I heard the question "If my parents divorce, who will I live with?" at least 10 times.
But my parents still accompanied each other through those difficult years, taking care of my sister and I to get an education. From a shabby attic on the second floor filled with goods, where the whole family slept together every night, now it has become "Mom, where are the things kept?". From a small grocery store in town, now it has been renovated more properly, even opened another store.

I always consider my family as a support, a belief, and also an example of effort and faith in myself. Because my parents have overcome such a long and difficult period, there is no reason why I should not believe in my family!”
Through Mr. Hoang's sharing, HELIOS believes that Faith is not something far away, but an inner strength drawn from the simplest and most genuine things.
