It might sound strange, right, but for me, it's absolutely true.
As someone from a family with a tradition of working with various types of jewelry, specifically gold, gemstones, and diamonds, I deeply understand the value of each item, every millimeter of a stone, every milligram of gold, and much more.
Why do I say "Silver" is more valuable than Diamonds?
It's simple: the first piece of jewelry I ever wore was a silver necklace, which my grandmother said was for good health, to ward off minor colds, and so on... And so I gradually got used to it, wearing it for years, and even when I became aware of more valuable items, I still chose silver as my everyday companion jewelry.
It's not because it's expensive, it's not because it's high-class, but it precisely holds my personal memories. Think about it, when we were kids, when we were young, we didn't have the financial means to buy items made of gold, or other expensive gemstones...
I had silver, rings, bracelets, earrings, and memories that were given, times when I received joy, happiness, and sometimes regret... Those memories have stayed with me since the first years I understood what it meant to wear a piece of jewelry.
Time passed, other materials appeared like alloys, jade, and different crafting technologies also developed. The demand for personalized products became increasingly evident. There was a time when we saw Tennis bracelets, four-leaf clover designs, or famous brands like Chanel, LV, and so on, everywhere we went...
Everyone has them? So where is the specialness? Is it in the money we spend, or in the thought that it's a limited edition collection? Everything is just a feeling, and to put it accurately at the time, it was "trendy." Young people like me have probably thought at least once about "keeping up with the Joneses," feeling that I must have some expensive piece of jewelry, that I will wear it on special occasions to show off... and many other thoughts about what are called material values.
At that time, the silver market wasn't really developed at all; it was just ordinary, day after day, the same, and that's why I started looking for other jewelry brands. I first found HELIOS, I don't remember how long ago, but it was quite a while. The first product I bought from HELIOS was an alloy ring, not even silver yet. I was impressed by its rugged, complex design, strongly embodying that "Alpha Male" style.
When you're young, everyone wants to be strong, wants to stand out from others.
