HELIOS VOUCHER TERMS OF USE

Voucher (Discount Coupon) is given by Helios when selling or giving to loyal customers. If you have a voucher, you can use it to get a discount on your next purchase.

Below are the regulations for valid vouchers accepted at Helios.

1/ Applicable at all Helios online and offline stores nationwide

2/ Each order can only use one discount voucher and can only be used once.

3/ Voucher cannot be converted into cash or used with other promotions (in case you want to use the voucher to purchase promotional products, the voucher will only apply to the original, non-promotional price of that product).

4/ No change will be returned if the Voucher value is greater than the order value.

5/ Voucher is only valid during the period stated on the card.

6/ Whether purchasing online or offline, the voucher code will be applied on Helios' website system.

1. What if I lose my voucher?

Paper vouchers are valid as cash and do not have the user’s name written on them. Anyone with the voucher can use it. Therefore, if you lose the voucher, Helios will not be able to refund or cancel it for everyone.

2. What if the voucher expires?

If the voucher has expired, you will not be able to use it and cannot exchange or return it to Helios. Therefore, everyone should pay attention to the expiration date printed on the voucher.
