Helios Announces Lunar New Year Holiday 2024

ANNOUNCEMENT OF TET HOLIDAY 2024

Helios would like to inform you of the working schedule for Lunar New Year 2024:
Online System:
- Customer Service Department will work until February 7th, the 28th day of the Lunar calendar.
- Any customer inquiries from February 8th will be responded to by Helios after Tet.
Offline stores:
- The store at Le Thanh Nghi will be open until the 28th of the Lunar calendar, which is February 7th of the Solar calendar.
- The stores at Nguyen Trai and The New Playground will be open until the 29th of the Lunar calendar, which is February 8th of the Gregorian calendar.
- The store at Ba Hat will be open until the 30th of the Lunar calendar, which is February 9th of the solar calendar.
Helios will be back in action starting February 15, 2024!

NOTICE OF ORDER DELIVERY DURING TET HOLIDAY

- In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, orders placed before 12:00 on February 6 will be shipped before the holiday.
- Domestic orders (within the North or South), orders placed before 12:00 on February 5 will be shipped before the holiday.
- Orders in the remaining provinces placed before 12:00 on February 3 will be shipped before the holiday.
