I. Delivery Methods

  • Customers can purchase goods directly at our store.
  • Goods are shipped via delivery services.

II. Estimated Delivery Time

For Hanoi city area: 1 - 3 working days (excluding holidays, Tet)

Other areas: 3 - 5 working days (excluding holidays, Tet)

III. Geographical Limitations for Delivery

For provincial customers who wish to purchase in large quantities or wholesale customers who wish to purchase products, we will use the delivery services of shipping companies, and the fees will be calculated based on the rates of the service providers or according to the contractual agreement between the two parties.

IV. Allocation of Responsibility for Merchants, Logistics Service Providers Regarding Provision of Goods Documentation During Delivery

The delivery party is responsible for providing goods documentation during the delivery process.

The shipping carrier has the right and responsibility to provide invoices to state management agencies upon request.

The shipping unit will be responsible for transporting goods according to the principle of "original packaging, intact quantity."

All order packages will include the following information:

  • Recipient Information, including: Recipient's name, phone number, and recipient's address
  • Tracking number of the order
  • To ensure the safety of the goods, helios.vn will include an invoice.
  • The invoice serves as a basis for supporting the complaint handling process, such as: determining the market value of goods, ensuring legal circulation of goods, etc.

V. Responsibility for Goods Damaged During Transportation

Regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery process.

For goods damaged due to transportation, whether the order is delivered by our store or by a third party, we will be responsible for resolving the issue for the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to accept the product and request an exchange or return according to regulations, while for any issues that arise, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party logistics service provider.

Note: In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform the customer, and the customer can choose between canceling or continuing to wait for the order.
