INSPECTION POLICY

1. Definition

Product inspection involves checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package from helios.vn with the products requested in your order.

2. Time of Inspection

helios.vn allows customers to inspect products jointly with the delivery person at the time of receipt (or within 30 minutes of receiving the goods). If a discrepancy is found after receiving the goods, customers can contact customer service for assistance with returns and exchanges.

Note: Please record a video when opening the package for reference if necessary.

3. Scope of Product Inspection

Customers are allowed to count the quantity of products actually received and compare them with the products ordered, based on the following criteria after the staff confirms the order:

  • According to basic product attributes: product name, quantity, customer information on order documents.
  • According to the design displayed by the product's representative image saved when ordering and after the staff confirms the order.

Please do not unpackage or use products in the package while there is an ongoing issue during the inspection process with us.

4. Steps to Take When Received Goods Do Not Match the Order

  • If, during joint inspection, the product received does not match the product ordered. Please contact the hotline to speak with customer service to reconfirm the order.
  • In cases where helios.vn sends the wrong order as per the customer's request, the customer may refuse to accept the goods and make payment. If the order has already been paid for, and the customer requests to resend a new order, helios.vn will refund the customer within 3-5 days.
