Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, handcrafted process, carefully refined before reaching the customer.
By choosing the handcrafted finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as with industrial production using machinery. However, this is precisely what makes it unique, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each finished piece, Helios hopes it will be a unique memento for each wearer.

Vì khuyên bé nên mua đc hàng của helios giá khá rẻ. M mua hàng bên helios cách đây phải 4 5 năm rồi mà thấy mỗi năm helios lại thay đổi chút cả về đóng gói lẫn mẫu mã. Rất hài lòng👍🏻

Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
