Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

Helios có nhận thiết kế/custom riêng sản phẩm theo yêu cầu không?
Cho đến hiện tại, Helios không nhận thiết kế lẻ sản phẩm theo yêu cầu. Nhưng đối với yêu cầu thiết kế từ các doanh nghiệp với số lượng lớn hơn 100, chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ thiết kế và hoàn thiện.
Helios có thu mua sản phẩm cũ không?
Helios không nhận thu mua các sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng. Mỗi một sản phẩm Helios bán ra, chúng tôi hy vọng đó sẽ là kỷ niệm riêng của mỗi khách hàng.
Sau bao lâu tôi sẽ nhận được hàng?
- Khu vực nội thành Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh: Nhận trong ngày.
- Khu vực ngoại thành Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh: 1 - 2 ngày.
- Các tỉnh khác: 3 - 5 ngày.
Sản phẩm nhẫn của Helios có thể tăng hoặc hạ size không?
Các sản phẩm nhẫn của Helios thường có kích thước trải rộng size 6 đến size 10. Đối với các size lớn hơn (từ size 11 đến 13) hoặc nhỏ hơn (từ size 4 đến 5) sẽ áp dụng mức phụ phí là 300.000VNĐ.
Lưu ý: Chỉ áp dụng đối với các sản phẩm đang bán tại Helios.
Helios có cung cấp dịch vụ gói quà không?
Có. Khách hàng có thể liên hệ với bộ phận CSKH để yêu cầu hỗ trợ dịch vụ viết thiệp, kèm hộp quà hoặc nâng cấp packaging sản phẩm.
