When naming the Congo necklace - a product of the Sunflower Collection after this forest, we hope that wherever there is a forest, the sun will rise and the sunflowers will turn towards it. Currently, Helios does not offer custom individual product designs. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.

Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will become a special memory for each customer.
How long until I receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner-city areas: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City suburban areas: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios' rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically come in sizes 6 to 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000VND will apply.
Note: This only applies to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request greeting card writing services, gift boxes, or product packaging upgrades.
