• Helios' S925 Silver creations will be free of lifetime polishing. Customers please come to the store to experience the polishing service. Helios provides a specialized polishing service at a cost of 50,000 VND/product. Customers please send the product to Helios to perform the specialized polishing process at the factory. • The S925 Silver creations at Helios will be warranted for free for the first 3 months in terms of technical aspects such as: Attaching loose stones, adjusting locks, replacing springs, replacing braided wires, re-attaching charms (you must still have the charms) on the leather product if there is a problem. • Free replacement of CZ stones and synthetic stones during the product warranty period (3 months after purchase). The warranty period for product stone replacement lasts from 5-7 days. • For natural stone, the warranty period for product stone replacement lasts from 12-14 days. • Adjusting, raising, or lowering the size will be charged according to Helios' price list here • After the warranty period, from the 4th month to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted for a fee depending on the product's damage. • After 12 months Helios will review the condition of the product to decide whether to repair or not (repairs are subject to a fee). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces and bracelets are broken due to physical impact, other products are deformed or damaged too badly to be warranted or repaired. • Customer provides incorrect purchase invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. |

• Product defective due to manufacturer: Support 1-for-1 exchange if defect is detected within 3 days (from the time of receipt) • No warranty or return for alloy products when the plating or plating water has faded (Note: this case is very rare because most products are made of electroplated stainless steel and will not fade over time. Products using other synthetic alloys will fade and lose color over time depending on usage). * Warranty does not apply in the following cases: • Broken necklaces and bracelets; other products are deformed or severely damaged. • Customer provides incorrect invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. |

• Helios Gold products will be polished, renewed, and cleaned with specialized machines (ultrasonic, no plating) for free for the lifetime of the product. • Gold creations at Helios will be warranted for free for the first 6 months in terms of technical aspects, such as: Attaching loose stones, adjusting locks, replacing springs, replacing braided straps, and reattaching charms on leather products if problems arise. • Free replacement of CZ and synthetic stones during the product warranty period. • Adjusting, raising, or lowering the size will be charged according to Helios' price list here • From June to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted for a fee depending on each product problem. • After 12 months Helios will review the condition of the product to decide whether to repair or not (repairs are subject to a fee). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces and bracelets are broken due to physical impact, other products are deformed or damaged too badly to be warranted or repaired. • Customer provides incorrect purchase invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. Mình mua chiếc này làm quà sinh nhật cho ck vì ổng mê đồ nhà này quá chừng :))) ổng còn có hẳn bst nhẫn helios. Lúc mua về ông cứ kéo giật để drop test cơ xong xong cũng khen nó cảm giác chắc chắn. Đc cái đồ mk mua ai cũng khen ổng đeo đẹp. Về thiết kế ck mình bảo nặng tay, mắt xích hình hoa sen to, cầm lên cảm giác rất đầm tay. Tuy nhiên, xi đen cần làm kĩ hơn tại nó đang hơi bị màu xi măng á. Vì mk bảo mua làm quà nên các bạn gói chỉn chu lắm, được 1 núi quà đi kèm :)) ổng khoái nên mình cx khoái

đây đã là món thứ 6 mình sở hữu từ Helios và cũm là món mình ưng ý nhất cho đến nay. thích nhất là kích thước mắt xích cực kỳ hợp lý ạ không bị quá thô hay phô quá, đeo lên tay nhìn nam tính nhưng vẫn có nét tinh tế. bề mặt họa tiết đặc trưng vs hình hoa sen biểu tượng của thương hiệu có độ hoàn thiện cao và trông ngầu hơn khi phối cùng nhẫn của Helios. deo cả ngày vẫn cảm thấy thoải mái, không có cảm giác cấn hay nặng nề. Hy vọng Helios sẽ ra mắt thêm một dây chuyền cổ kiểu lotus như nay ạ

Cũng nhiều lần mình mua đồ onl từ nhiều bên khác nhau rồi tuy nhiên đây là lần đầu mua ở helios, nhưng phải công nhận bên này làm khoản onl đỉnh. Nhận hnagf ngoài đời giống 100% trong ảnh. Đặc biệt thích cách shop chăm chút phần đóng gói rất chuyên nghiệp và có tâm. Điểm cộng lớn là có tặng thước đo size nhẫn, khắn lau... cực kỳ tiện lợi nếu có ý định mua tiếp để đo tay cho lần sau. Đây là lần đầu tiên mình mua và rất ủng hộ brand Việt như Helios, hy vọng thương hiệu ngày càng phát triển và có thêm nhiều mẫu mới!

Chiếc vòng này đúng là một sự nâng cấp so với những sản phẩm trước mà mình đã mua vì nó đc làm theo bản black silver. Đeo là mình có thể cảm nhận được trọng lượng và chất lượng của nó, không quá nặng nhưng đủ để tạo cảm giác cao cấp. Mà các b có cách phối nào hay không nhỉ, bây giờ mình cứ đeo trơn 1 mình nó trông cũng hơi trống trải, đeo thêm đồng hồ thì cũg hơi sợ xước :))

Cho đến hiện tại, Helios không nhận thiết kế lẻ sản phẩm theo yêu cầu. Nhưng đối với yêu cầu thiết kế từ các doanh nghiệp với số lượng lớn hơn 100, chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ thiết kế và hoàn thiện.
Helios có thu mua sản phẩm cũ không?
Helios không nhận thu mua các sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng. Mỗi một sản phẩm Helios bán ra, chúng tôi hy vọng đó sẽ là kỷ niệm riêng của mỗi khách hàng.
Sau bao lâu tôi sẽ nhận được hàng?
- Khu vực nội thành Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh: Nhận trong ngày.
- Khu vực ngoại thành Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh: 1 - 2 ngày.
- Các tỉnh khác: 3 - 5 ngày.
Sản phẩm nhẫn của Helios có thể tăng hoặc hạ size không?
Các sản phẩm nhẫn của Helios thường có kích thước trải rộng size 6 đến size 10. Đối với các size lớn hơn (từ size 11 đến 13) hoặc nhỏ hơn (từ size 4 đến 5) sẽ áp dụng mức phụ phí là 300.000VNĐ.
Lưu ý: Chỉ áp dụng đối với các sản phẩm đang bán tại Helios.
