S925 SILVER PRODUCTS |
• Helios' S925 Silver creations will be free of lifetime polishing. Customers please come to the store to experience the polishing service. Helios provides a specialized polishing service at a cost of 50,000 VND/product. Customers please send the product to Helios to perform the specialized polishing process at the factory. • The S925 Silver creations at Helios will be warranted for free for the first 3 months in terms of technical aspects such as: Attaching loose stones, adjusting locks, replacing springs, replacing braided wires, re-attaching charms (you must still have the charms) on the leather product if there is a problem. • Free replacement of CZ stones and synthetic stones during the product warranty period (3 months after purchase). The warranty period for product stone replacement lasts from 5-7 days. • For natural stone, the warranty period for product stone replacement lasts from 12-14 days. • Adjusting, raising, or lowering the size will be charged according to Helios' price list here • After the warranty period, from the 4th month to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted for a fee depending on the product's damage. • After 12 months Helios will review the condition of the product to decide whether to repair or not (repairs are subject to a fee). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces and bracelets are broken due to physical impact, other products are deformed or damaged too badly to be warranted or repaired. • Customer provides incorrect purchase invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. |
ALLOY PRODUCTS |
• Product defective due to manufacturer: Support 1-for-1 exchange if defect is detected within 3 days (from the time of receipt) • No warranty or return for alloy products when the plating or plating water has faded (Note: this case is very rare because most products are made of electroplated stainless steel and will not fade over time. Products using other synthetic alloys will fade and lose color over time depending on usage). * Warranty does not apply in the following cases: • Broken necklaces and bracelets; other products are deformed or severely damaged. • Customer provides incorrect invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. |
GOLDEN PRODUCTS |
• Helios Gold products will be polished, renewed, and cleaned with specialized machines (ultrasonic, no plating) for free for the lifetime of the product. • Gold creations at Helios will be warranted for free for the first 6 months in terms of technical aspects, such as: Attaching loose stones, adjusting locks, replacing springs, replacing braided straps, and reattaching charms on leather products if problems arise. • Free replacement of CZ and synthetic stones during the product warranty period. • Adjusting, raising, or lowering the size will be charged according to Helios' price list here • From June to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted for a fee depending on each product problem. • After 12 months Helios will review the condition of the product to decide whether to repair or not (repairs are subject to a fee). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces and bracelets are broken due to physical impact, other products are deformed or damaged too badly to be warranted or repaired. • Customer provides incorrect purchase invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from others, only applies to the original buyer. Cho đến hiện tại, Helios không nhận thiết kế lẻ sản phẩm theo yêu cầu. Nhưng đối với yêu cầu thiết kế từ các doanh nghiệp với số lượng lớn hơn 100, chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ thiết kế và hoàn thiện.
Helios có thu mua sản phẩm cũ không?
Helios không nhận thu mua các sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng. Mỗi một sản phẩm Helios bán ra, chúng tôi hy vọng đó sẽ là kỷ niệm riêng của mỗi khách hàng.
Sau bao lâu tôi sẽ nhận được hàng?

Các sản phẩm nhẫn của Helios thường có kích thước trải rộng size 6 đến size 10. Đối với các size lớn hơn (từ size 11 đến 13) hoặc nhỏ hơn (từ size 4 đến 5) sẽ áp dụng mức phụ phí là 300.000VNĐ.
