Đợt vừa ra mẫu này mình háo hức đi mua, mình hỏi vòng vừa ko bên tư vấn nói vừa. Giao tới thì bị rộng, mình vẫn hoan hỉ mang tới cắt và trả phí 50k 1 lần, à mình cắt 2 lần mới được vì vòng khá dày khó canh vừa tay. Mang được 1 thời gian, chỉ đi chơi mình mới mang (dưới 10 lần) thì lúc cắt hàn ko kĩ vòng tự đứt, đang ngồi cà phê tự nhiên quay qua thấy vòng đứt. Sau đó mang ra chi nhánh Bà Hạt được hỏi thời gian mua các thứ, kèm thêm câu, bên e sẽ hỗ trợ gắn lại lần đầu cho mình miễn phí (dù mình nghĩ trong đầu là do bên bạn hàn dỏm còn gì). Sau đó mình mang thêm dc 2 lần đứt tiếp lần này mình tự mang ra dc tính phí 50k nhưng sau đó vẫn bị nữa. Mình hỏi page vậy hàn lần 3 có đảm bảo không bên page trả lời kiểu hên xui 🤡. Trong khi bỏ 1tr mấy luôn mấy lần cắt và hàn rồi giờ bỏ trong góc không mang được 😐😐
The bracelet I got was a little pricey, but I guess that was expected. So far, I have nothing to complain. Love the crafting piece on the bracelet. The connecting piece too, some just make it a little too hard to put on, but yours was easy and it fits the aesthetic as well. The pattern on the thing was simplistic up close, but kind of mesmerizing far away. Can appreciate the dark, rustic color theme of the silver piece. Just one note though, if u can have something like a personal mark from the silversmith to show and prove the authenticity of the piece, it can be even more appreciated than it already is.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
Note: Only applicable to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request gift card writing services, gift boxes, or packaging upgrades.
