Developed from the previous Bold ring design, the Enso creation is a closed version of the Lotus loop. Still characterized by the eternal circle, the Lotus pattern on Enso is more neatly and delicately enclosed.

By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipates that the finished products will not be 100% identical in every detail, unlike industrial machine production. However, this is precisely the most special aspect, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.

Là con trai nma tay k cung k quá to nên để đeo ngón áp út :))) chứ chưa có ny đâu nhá. NCh là nhỏ gọn dễ đeo không vướng víu, gì hết. Đôi khi tưởng mk ko đeo gì luôn. Chính sách mua đồ ổn áp, mình là KH khá lâu r ấy, lần nào mua cx đc tặng hộp vs nhiều minigifft hehhe

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
