Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
When choosing the manual finishing method, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% uniform in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, when each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

Currently, Helios does not accept custom product design requests. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100, we can assist with design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each Helios product sold will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be resized up or down?
Helios rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of 300,000 VND will apply.
