| S925 SILVER PRODUCTS |

• Helios' S925 Silver creations will be free of lifetime polishing. Customers please come to the store to experience the polishing service. Helios provides a specialized polishing service at a cost of 100,000 VND/product. Customers please send the product to Helios to perform the specialized polishing process at the factory. • The S925 Silver creations at Helios will be warranted for free for the first 3 months in terms of technical aspects such as: Attaching loose stones, readjusting locks, replacing springs, replacing braided wires, reattaching charms (you must still have the charm) on leather products if there is a problem. The warranty period lasts up to 10 days. • Free replacement of CZ stones and synthetic stones during the product warranty period (3 months after purchase). The product warranty period for stone replacement lasts up to 10 days. • For natural stone, the product warranty period lasts up to 14 days, in special cases it can be longer. + In case of errors arising from the customer: Customers are required to pay a fee to enjoy the stone replacement service. For more details on the fee, see the information below. • Adjusting, raising, or lowering the size will be charged according to Helios' price list here • After the warranty period, from the 4th month to the end of the 12th month, products damaged during use will be repaired and warranted for a fee depending on the product's damage. • After 12 months, Helios will review the product's condition to decide whether to repair it or not (repairs are subject to a fee). * Warranty and repair are not applicable in the following cases: • Necklaces and bracelets are broken due to physical impact, other products are deformed or damaged too badly to be warranted or repaired. • Customer provides incorrect purchase invoice information. • Helios does not provide warranty when customers buy from other people, only applies to the original buyer. • Helios does not accept warranty for products that have been repaired or intervened by warranty facilities other than Helios. |

For example: Pick number 15 → the price of the cake is 415,000 VND/piece. Each box of cake comes with 01 Mid-Autumn earring, including 2 SUPER LUCKY boxes that come with a Nguyet Da Luu Quang pendant at each store.

Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
