Vòng có khối lượng tương đối nên đeo đầm tay, thiết kế có thể lật mặt trong đeo thành hai phiên bản khác nhau dễ dàng, hôm nào phối quần áo hơi tối màu thì có thể lật phía mặt trong ra để tạo điểm nhấn và ngược lại, vì mặt trong đánh bóng sáng hơn mặt ngoài khá nhiều. Đặc biệt các mẫu vòng đan dây rất dễ sửa chữa thay thế hoặc custom lại nếu có charm nào bị lỗi trong qutrinh sd nhé!

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
