The HEIRLOOM VAULT TRUNK was developed as a personal repository for items that have accompanied their owner long enough to carry memories.
The multi-compartment structure allows for the storage of jewelry, watches, accessories, and small, meaningful objects. When opened, the trunk resembles a miniature archive—where each item is not only organized but also placed in its rightful position within the owner's story.
The name Heirloom Vault refers to two layers of value: a place strong enough to protect objects and deep enough to preserve what time has created. This is not just a storage box. This is where personal imprints are preserved, continue to accumulate, and may one day be passed down.

Currently, Helios does not offer custom design services for individual products. However, for design requests from businesses with quantities exceeding 100 units, we can provide design and production support.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not purchase used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a unique memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner districts: Same-day delivery.
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City outer districts: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios' rings be resized?
Helios' rings typically range from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (size 4 to 5), an additional charge of 300,000VND will apply.
Note: This only applies to products currently sold at Helios.
Does Helios provide gift-wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact Customer Service to request greeting card writing services, gift boxes, or product packaging upgrades.
