Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

For silver jewelry lines, Helios uses S925 silver - a durable and highly aesthetic material. Products made from this material will last through the years, accompanying customers on every moment, every journey.
For stone creations, we mostly use semi-precious stones, with natural characteristics such as waves and distinct color spots, creating uniqueness for each product.

Mình không phải là người mê khuyên lắm nhưng riêng vs con này thì khác, khuyên k quá to cũng ko quá bé, đầu chốt để đeo cũg khá to nếu ai mới xỏ thì thôi k nên đeo, chứ mình đeo lại cực kỳ thoải mái và vừa vặn. Các chi tiết làm thủ công thật sự rất tinh tế, giống cái vòng chân natra. Mua mỗi 1 cái khuyên thôi nhưng vẫn đc đóng gói chỉn chu nha. 10 đỉm

\Ee cái kkhuyên này đẹp vảiiiii và chi tiết rất xịn luôn, nhưng có điều mình thấy dễ bị cong vênh chút xíu cái phần chốt á, không giữ được độ chặt như mình tưởng. Mặc dù vậy, mình vẫn sẽ đeo nó thường xuyên vì kiểu dáng quá đẹp, hy vọng sẽ cải thiện một chút về độ bám chặt trong lần sau!

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
