Story from the designer: The name Belem comes from the name of a palace in Brazil. Just like the palace stores treasures, the Belem wooden box will be a place to store the 'treasure' - your jewelry collection, in a more compact way.
The box is made from sturdy wood, after processing it achieves high durability and smoothness, while retaining the natural scent of the wood. The product will also bear the unique Lotus mark from Helios, engraved on the surface of the box.
Designed with two floors: a compartment with a pull-out lid on top and a drawer below, the wooden box optimizes storage capacity from small items such as earrings, rings to larger items such as watches, bracelets,...

Does Helios accept custom design/product requests?
Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
