Each silver product at Helios is the result of a meticulous, careful and refined handcrafting process before reaching the customer.
By choosing manual finishing, Helios fully anticipated that the finished product would not be 100% consistent in every detail as when industrially produced by machines. However, this is the most special point, as each finished product is 'personalized' for each customer.
With each completed creation, Helios hopes it will be a personal memory for each wearer.

For stone creations, we mostly use semi-precious stones, with natural characteristics such as waves and distinct color spots, creating uniqueness for each product.

Chất lượng hoàn thiện tay nghê thợ bên này khá tốt, Đeo lên cảm giác thoải mái, không bị cấn tai. Dịch vụ khách hàng cũng rất ok, có thể gọi là ok nhất trong các hangx trang sức mình biết, giao hàng thì chừng 2-3 hôm nhận đc cũng bth như mọi bên

mình mua khuyên của helios cũng mấy cái rồi nhưng đa số là khuyên đính chứ chưa đeo khuyên kiểu này bao giờ nên chưa nghĩ ra ý tưởng phối (à mà nó cũng k quá to đâu) thiết kế đúng kiểu theo kiểu basic not basic

Đeo con này là nổi bần bật luôn ko lo bị chìm. Về Khớp nối của con này này có thể mở rộng ra hơn nên dễ đeo hơn những con khác của hêlios . Chuôi dày và gài khóa có vẻ chắc nên ko có tình trạng bung, ae chơi thể thao tắm rửa cũng k sợ rơi đâu

Helios chưa bao giờ làm mình thất vọng! Lần thứ N mua hàng rồi lần nào cũng cảm nhận đc sự chăm chút từ sản phẩm đến dịch vụ. Ban đầu, mình nghĩ đôi khuyên tai này hơi dày nhưng mà cũng k có như mình nghĩ, đeo chắc chắc lắm á, họa tiết cũng dc làm tỉ mỉ, chốt đc làm khá chắc nên k lo rơi. Up to now, Helios does not accept individual product design requests. But for design requests from businesses with quantities greater than 100, we can support design and completion.
Does Helios buy used products?
Helios does not accept used products. We hope that each product Helios sells will be a personal memory for each customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City inner city areas: Received within the day.
- Suburban areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1 - 2 days.
- Other provinces: 3 - 5 days.
Can Helios rings be sized up or down?
Helios ring products usually range in size from size 6 to size 10. For larger sizes (from size 11 to 13) or smaller sizes (from size 4 to 5), an additional fee of VND 300,000 will apply.
Note: Only applies to products sold at Helios.
Does Helios offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. Customers can contact the customer service department to request support for card writing services, gift boxes or product packaging upgrades.
